L&T Construction Equipment Limited
A wholly-owned subsidiary of L&T, LTCEL manufactures hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, asphalt compactors and soil compactors, and high-precision hydraulic systems and components for mobile and industrial applications.

- Launched L&T 9020SX Wheel Loader and L&T 491 Mini Compactor, manufactured at LTCEL’s new factory near Bengaluru
- Introduced Komatsu’s Motor Grader GD535-5 and Hydraulic Excavator PC350LC for India
Rubber Processing Machinery
L&T offers rubber-processing machinery, including tyre-curing presses, tyre-building machines, tyre plant automation solutions and open mixing mills for the global tyre and rubber industry manufactured at Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu. Its global customer base spans 45 countries.
Milestones
- Executed a 600 Mn greenfield project for an Indian tyre major for its 2-wheeler tyre manufacturing
- Launched 2 new models of hydraulic tyre-curing presses in the truck-bus segment
- Executed a comprehensive project involving engineering, supply, installation and commissioning for a tyre major in Portugal
L&T Kobelco Machinery Private Limited
This JV of L&T and Kobe Steel, Japan, manufactures internal mixers and twin screw roller-head extruders.

The business offers industrial cutting tools of ISCAR Limited, Israel, to several manufacturing sectors, such as aerospace and defence.
EWAC Alloys Limited
A market leader in maintenance and repair welding with a factory in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, EWAC’s product range includes special welding electrodes, gas brazing rods and fluxes, atomised metal power alloys, flux-cored continuous wires, polymer compounds and wear-resistant plates.
